The Board of PNG Air Limited announces that it has appointed Mr. Gheno Minia as a nonexecutive Director of the company on 22nd of December 2025.

Mr. Minia, nominated by a new sophisticated shareholder of PNG Air- Pacific Balance Fund,

has over 15 years of trustee services and fund management experience in the capital market

in Papua New Guinea.

Mr. Minia brings to the Board a distinctive financial expertise specifically in the establishment

and governance of regulated entities, active engagement with market regulators, institutional investors and boards and provision of financial & compliance advisory to highly regulated entities in the Capital Market.

The Board is confident that Mr. Minia’s appointment is vital to the board and his contribution

will be transformative for the benefit company’s presence on PNG’s Stock Exchange.
