RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR As a Receptionist/Office Administrator at Weathermen Capital Advisors Limited, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining efficient office operations. Reporting to the Finance and Admin Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing book-keeping support, and assisting with HR functions. Key Responsibilities


As a Receptionist/Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:


Administration:

  • Handling incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and staff professionally.

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

  • Overseeing office supplies and stationery inventory.

  • Managing travel bookings, accommodation, and related travel issues.

  • Reconciling travel invoices and maintaining accurate records.

  • Updating and maintaining the WCA supplies register.

  • Preparing whereabouts reports and maintaining employee leave records.

  • Developing and implementing administrative systems and office processes.

  • Assisting with board meeting bookings, schedules, and calendars.

  • Maintaining filing systems, records, and office documentation.

  • Ensuring the reception and office areas remain organized and professional.


Accounting Support:

  • Ensuring compliance with reporting requirements to both external stakeholders and IRC.

  • Placing orders for IT and office equipment.

  • Preparing vouchers and managing accounts receivables and payables.


HR Support:

  • Facilitating onboarding of new employees.

  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding documentation and paperwork.

  • Supporting HR administration and maintaining employee records.
