Key Responsibilities
As a Receptionist/Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Administration:
Handling incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service.
Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Overseeing office supplies and stationery inventory.
Managing travel bookings, accommodation, and related travel issues.
Reconciling travel invoices and maintaining accurate records.
Updating and maintaining the WCA supplies register.
Preparing whereabouts reports and maintaining employee leave records.
Developing and implementing administrative systems and office processes.
Assisting with board meeting bookings, schedules, and calendars.
Maintaining filing systems, records, and office documentation.
Ensuring the reception and office areas remain organized and professional.
Accounting Support:
Ensuring compliance with reporting requirements to both external stakeholders and IRC.
Placing orders for IT and office equipment.
Preparing vouchers and managing accounts receivables and payables.
HR Support:
Facilitating onboarding of new employees.
Assisting with onboarding and offboarding documentation and paperwork.
Supporting HR administration and maintaining employee records.
